Hotel Higgins Landing enjoys an outstanding reputation for providing some of the best food in the Bahamas.  The candlelit dining room has been praised for its romantic ambiance.  The evening begins with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres at the beach bar. This time and location presents guests with a wonderful photo opportunity; with sunset, harbor and palms in the setting.

The evening continues with dinner served by candlelight in the dining room, china, silver, linens and fresh flowers.  Guests can have a quiet romantic table for two, or join with other guests and share their adventures of the day, getting to know fellow guests who come from a broad spectrum of backgrounds, countries and avenues of life.

In order to focus on providing a special and memorable meal, a fixed menu is featured and varies every evening, but always includes the best ingredients locally available, an abundance of fresh vegetables, meats, poultry or seafood, and homemade breads and dessert.
